About Us
Melissa and Errin have built careers providing respectful, authentic and evidence informed interventions. Respect and understanding diverse perspectives are crucial within the supervisory relationships. Ethical standards for social workers serve the interests of their clients who might be from vulnerable, marginalized communities.
For clinical social work specialists, social justice is a core responsibility that informs the content, decisions, and procedures in their practice. Reflective self-awareness is a technique employed by social workers to uphold professional integrity. This sometimes requires advocating for or challenging the systems in which their clients are involved.
We offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. We also offer specialized services for children and adolescents, as well as support for LGBTQ+ individuals and families.
